The Will to Care

In Victoria our volunteer Christian religious education (CRE) teachers share God’s love and teaching to over 140,000 primary school children every week throughout the school year, however there are almost as many children who miss out because of the lack of teachers.

Your bequest will help us reach all these children so they too can be given a foundation of Christian beliefs, values and behaviours for life.

Through school chaplaincy, students have access to caring, non-judgemental pastoral care to help them find hope and the self-esteem to deal with bullying and peer pressure. They also have a unique opportunity to explore values and spirituality in a safe and nurturing environment. Students who have access to a school chaplain become effective members of society and even become future leaders.

Your gift will help Chaplains engage with young people throughout Victoria.
